If you create a case that should not be modified by colleagues, it is possible to lock it.
To lock a case, go to the case overview, select ‘More’, indicated by the ellipsis (3 dots), on a case tile, and then select ‘Lock case’.
Please note that a locked case can be unlocked by other users. Locking a case should be perceived as a notification warning colleagues that a case is sensitive and should not be modified.
A notification appears within a locked case, letting the user know that a case is locked. It is possible to unlock the case via the same button as you used to lock the case with.
