There are 4 main functionalities to use for processing messages:
- Marking messages as read (eye icon).
- Mark messages as important (star icon).
- Make a note (note icon).
- Send a message via e-mail (envelope icon).
Processing multiple messages
Messages can be processed one by one or multiple at the same time. Each of the actions outlined in this chapter is either available on the message itself or on top of the message feed. Use the checkbox to process multiple messages at the same time.
Viewing marked messages
Above the case, there is a checkbox with 3 options, namely: 'Unread messages', 'Important messages', and 'All messages'.
- By selecting 'Unread messages', all messages not marked as read are shown.
- By selecting 'Important messages', all messages marked as important are shown.
- By selecting 'All messages', all marked and unmarked messages are shown, regardless of whether they have been read or marked as important.
