On this page you will find 4 ready-to-use templates to set up your dashboard for an area, incident, theme and event.
Each template contains default dashboard settings and settings per widget. The default settings are the settings that apply to the entire dashboard and can be adjusted via the cogwheel on the right top corner above the dashboard.
Dashboard tips
- Assign the dashboard widgets with a fitting name that you and colleague's can recognize.
- Move the layout of the widgets to make sure they are readable. Activate full screen to create more space for the widgets.
- Widget Messages per Search
- Bar chart: to horizontally compare volume in a case with many filters
- Column chart: to vertically compare volume in a case with many filters
- Pie chart: when the case does not contain a lot of filters
- If you expect a lot of from YouTube you can ignore messages in an unknown language
- If you're not interested in Twitter messages from news-accounts you can ignore these
Area
Default dashboard settings
- Type of messages: Unread messages
- Period: last 24 hours
- Sources: all sources
- Unknown language: Show messages in unknown language
- News accounts: Hide messages from news accounts
- Optional: rename searches and filters to make them fit better in the matrix.
