The Library is only visible and accessible to advanced users (also called 'super-users'). You can find the button to the Library in the main menu. The Library contains a collection of locations, building blocks, and account lists.
- A location consists of a geo-fence, search terms, and exclude terms about a certain location.
- A building block consists of search terms and exclude terms about a certain topic. The building blocks can be used by all users in searches and filters. In this way, they can quickly create qualitative searches and filters.
- An account list contains social media accounts. These lists can be used by all users in searches and filters to display messages from the relevant accounts in the case.
As an advanced user, you can click on 'Library' at the bottom of the main menu (this option is not visible to other users). You will now go to the page with locations, building blocks, and account lists.
